How do you handle ownership of intellectual property?+
For client-funded development, all IP is assigned to you. For co-development arrangements, IP is structured per agreement.
Can you hand off the codebase when we hire our own team?+
Yes. We design and document codebases so they can be handed off cleanly. We support the transition with knowledge transfer and code reviews.
How do you charge?+
Discovery is fixed-price. MVPs can be fixed-price or T&M. Dedicated teams are per-engineer monthly. We'll recommend the best model for your situation.
