About BlueAura
What does BlueAura Technology do?+
BlueAura is a Malaysian software company that builds enterprise software products, AI automation platforms, and industry-specific digital solutions for businesses in Malaysia, Australia, and APAC. We combine our own product portfolio (TaxGo, AutoGo, ResiliencePro, Textus Health, Nexxa) with custom software, AI automation, cloud, and integration services.
Where are you based?+
Our headquarters are in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. We serve clients across Malaysia, Australia, and the broader APAC region.
How big is BlueAura?+
We are a small-to-mid-sized technology team (10–50 staff). This means you get senior attention on every engagement — you are not handed off to a junior team after sales.

About our products
Are your products sold as SaaS or can they be deployed on-premise?+
Most of our products are offered as managed SaaS on Microsoft Azure. For organisations with data residency, regulatory, or security requirements, we also offer private cloud and on-premise deployment.
Which product handles LHDN e-Invoice compliance?+
TaxGo is our LHDN e-Invoice middleware. It supports manual entry, Excel import, ERP/API integration, PDF generation with QR codes, Credit/Debit Notes, and consolidated e-Invoices.
What does AutoGo do?+
AutoGo is our AI automation platform — it automates document processing (invoices, receipts, forms), email-based workflows, and operational tasks using AI document intelligence and managed cloud infrastructure.
Is ResiliencePro suitable for regulated industries?+
Yes. ResiliencePro is designed for the operational resilience requirements of banks, data centres, oil & gas operators, and other regulated industries, including BNM-aligned evidence capture and audit trail.
Was Nexxa previously called JobGo?+
Yes. Nexxa is the new brand name for the product previously marketed as JobGo. Same platform, same customers, same technology — just rebranded. The new name better signals what the product actually is: field service management for facilities-maintenance vendors.
Is Nexxa a recruitment platform?+
No. Nexxa is a field service management platform built for facilities-maintenance vendors who dispatch crews to client sites — PM contracts, dispatchable job tickets, technician mobile app with GPS, and one-click invoicing.
Where is Textus Health used?+
Textus Health is a healthcare referral and care coordination platform primarily used by aged care providers in Australia, as well as healthcare teams across APAC.

Do you build custom software, or only sell products?+
Both. Alongside our own products, we provide custom software development, AI automation, Azure cloud, system integration, and maintenance & support services.
What technologies do you work with?+
Microsoft .NET, Angular, React, SQL Server, Azure (App Service, SQL, Storage, AD, Functions), Node.js, mobile (iOS/Android native), Azure AI services, and standard enterprise integration patterns.
Can you support software built by another vendor?+
Yes. We regularly take over support for applications built by other vendors or internal teams under our maintenance & support service. We start with a code audit and stabilisation period before committing to SLAs.

How do engagements typically start?+
Most engagements start with a free 30-60 minute consultation where we understand your business challenge and recommend a path forward — whether that's a product deployment, a custom build, or a discovery sprint.
What is your typical project size?+
We work on engagements ranging from focused product deployments (4-8 weeks) to multi-month enterprise builds. Most projects fall between RM 50K and RM 500K in initial scope.
Do you offer fixed-price contracts?+
Yes for well-scoped projects. We also offer time-and-materials engagements for evolving requirements and dedicated-team arrangements for sustained product development.
How do you handle confidentiality?+
All engagements are under NDA. Client details, strategic plans, and source code are not shared externally without explicit written permission.
Do you support clients outside Malaysia?+
Yes. We have active clients in Australia (especially in aged care and healthcare) and across APAC. Remote engagement is standard.
Data, privacy, and security
How do you handle our data?+
See our Privacy Policy for the full details. In short: data is hosted on Microsoft Azure with encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control, and audit logging. Client data is not shared with third parties without explicit permission.
Are you PDPA compliant?+
Yes. We operate in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act. For Australian clients we also align with Australian Privacy Principles, and we can support GDPR-aligned arrangements for EU operations on request.
Where is data hosted?+
Primary hosting is Microsoft Azure (Southeast Asia / East Asia regions for Malaysian clients; Australia East for Australian clients). For organisations with specific residency requirements, we can deploy in alternative regions or on-premise.
