How is Enrise different from a generic AIMS?+
Enrise is not a generic AIMS wrapped in a chatbot. The RBI engine is grounded in the standard integrity frameworks (API 580 / 581, DNV, ASME) that engineers already use, and the platform is built alongside a working integrity consultancy (Optitech). The AI overlay does specific, bounded things — RBI ranking, anomaly detection, narrative drafting — that a human engineer reviews. Does Enrise replace our existing CMMS?+
No. Enrise sits alongside your CMMS. RBI ranked outputs flow into your CMMS as work orders, and closed work orders update the Enrise integrity record. We integrate with Maximo, SAP-PM, RAMCO, and most others. Replacing your CMMS is not a project we would recommend.
How does the AI RBI ranking actually work?+
The RBI engine produces the primary risk score using the framework you have chosen (API 580 / 581, DNV, or your own). The AI layer proposes ranking adjustments based on inspection history, operating condition data, and comparable-asset patterns. Every AI suggestion carries its reasoning. An engineer reviews and either accepts, adjusts, or overrides. Overrides are logged with justification. Nothing hits your inspection plan without a human accepting it.
Can Enrise work with our current inspection contractors?+
Yes. Enrise has a field mobile app that contractors and internal teams both use, with offline mode, photos, and digital signatures. Contractors can be provisioned per site or per scope, and their capture flows into the same integrity record as internal teams.
Where is Enrise deployed?+
Managed SaaS on Microsoft Azure in Malaysian or Singapore regions for regulated workloads, or private cloud on your own Azure tenant. LLM traffic for narrative generation runs through Azure OpenAI in-region, no data leaving your Azure tenant, no training.
